Kid Science Participation Form

FAQ's

How long does a visit to the ELC Lab take?
In the ELC Lab, we typically work with your child for a short research session, not longer than 30 minutes. Your entire visit from the time you arrive until the time you leave should not take longer than 45 minutes.

How old does my kid have to be in order to participate?
We currently run studies for kids between the ages of 0 and 12 years.

What does a visit to the ELC Lab entail?
Our research studies are structured as fun games (i.e. playing with blocks, hearing stories, watching videos, answering questions), and your child will receive a small prize for participating.

Do I get to see the results of my child's participation?
At this time, we do not share individual results of each child -- instead, we average all of the response of the children in a particular age-range, and report how the general responses of an age-group change over development.
